above and beyond our peers with OEM services such as developing and blending custom oil formulations for unique applications. 

Our experienced product engineers can formulate a customized product; base oils and additives custom made to your specifications and other quality products.
Batches can be made in as small as 200 litres to as large as 96,000 litres.
Quality control testing provided in our ISO 9001:2015 Certified Lab.
Toll blending plants in Singapore are geographically diversified as well as product source to reduce risk.

We offer fixed price quotes & deliver all shipment on time based on your budget. Our family-owned and operated business started in 1989, and we have participated in many road construction projects in South East Asia as well as the Indian subcontinent and other locations worldwide.

Some of our recent projects are:

•China One Belt One Road Highway Construction Project in Africa.

•Repaving of highway and major roads in Philippines, Indonesia and ASEAN countries.

•Construction of highway link to Padma Bridge in Bangladesh.

We are also an approved vendor of China Communications Construction Company Group to supply bitumen for all projects under the China One Belt One Road initiative.
